CNN Student News CNN Student News is a 10-minute, commercial-free news program that airs on CNN Headline News. Created by a team of journalists and educators, the program provides the top stories of the day, segments that encourage student participation, and in-depth special reports. In addition, CNN Student News provides free curriculum to accompany each program's content. Grades: 6-12
Newseum If you're curious about what's in the headlines of the newspapers in other states or 52 nations, see the Newseum website. They have the front pages of almost 600 papers. There is a fun and games section for kids. So far there is only one lesson plan in the educational section, but that can be expected to expand in time.
